Hello, I am Michelle! I am the Managing Director which in Jamaica means “chief cook” and “bottle washer”. I am so excited to be planning your event as this truly affords me the opportunity to live my passion. My passion for the service industry started many years ago and saw me attending College in California, U.S.A. where I earned a Bachelor’s Of Science Degree majoring in Hotel Management. Upon returning to Jamaica, I spent over 10 years in the hotel industry and the Jamaica Tourist Board where I gained immeasurable knowledge on Jamaica the product, as well as Jamaica’s visitor expectations and satisfaction. It is with the knowledge and training gained that I can truly say that “The Wedding Planner Plus Jamaica will handle your stress, after you say yes” I look forward to getting to know you, and to bring your ideas to life. I am available whenever you wish so we can talk about you and your event needs. Call me  so we can get started on planning your perfect event in Jamaica! He is Michelle’s hunnybun which is another word for husband in Jamaica! He is the other half of the dynamo Michelle & Everton Phillips team both professionally and personally!. Married for 20 over years these two work very well together and deliver beautifully planned events every time. On his own, Everton is the logistics man and can easily navigate all the crazy ideas that The Wedding Planner Plus conceptualize. Everton takes a bold approach to events and loves to set trends. He is never satisfied with simply providing an idea given to him on paper. He must expand on that idea, bringing a more “wow” effect! So bring on the crazy, or the not so crazy, Everton will surely “handle the stress, after you say yes”.

She is Assistant to Michelle. Jhenel joined our team a little under a year ago and has quickly endeared herself to the hearts of many of our clients. She is most likely the person you will speak to whenever you call. In addition to her administrative duties, Jhenel is also a trained wedding planner and assist our clients with their wedding needs.
